After 14 years in our original space, Cannon Pointe Chiropractic has moved into our very own building, right in the heart of Northfield. Our new location at 150 Water St S, Northfield, MN, puts us closer to downtown and steps from the Cannon River.

Why the Move?

We’ve grown alongside this community, and it was time for a space that better reflects the care and experience we provide. Our new building gives us:

• More room for advanced care: Expanded treatment areas, better flow, and new equipment
• Greater accessibility: Convenient parking and easier access for patients of all ages
• A place we can finally call home: No more leasing—we’re investing in Northfield for the long haul

What’s New at the New Location?

Besides a beautiful new space, the same personalized care continues. You’ll still be treated by Drs. Jake and Bridget Conway, who specialize in:

We’re right across from El Triunfo and the Fairfield Inn, with parking available behind the building.

Directions from Faribault:

Take Hwy 3 North, turn left at 2nd Street (traffic light), and an immediate right into the parking lot behind our building.

Directions from St. Olaf or Carleton:

Head east toward Water Street—you’re less than five minutes away. Look for the Cannon Pointe sign near the riverfront.
