The second study looked at a population of Americans. They then looked at what the concentration of Co-Q10 in the patients’ blood stream. It was found that patients who had a higher level of Co-Q10 had a lower risk of CAD. That is HUGE, because CAD is the number one killer of Americans. When taking Co-Q10 you must make sure that you are taking the proper dose. You must also make sure that you are taking a good supplement. Not all supplements are created equally and more often than not you are getting what you pay for. Also, Co-Q10 is a fat soluble vitamin. That means that you should take it with a healthy fat such as olive oil. However, not all olive oils are treated equally too.
